They work their butt off and model the way. Live up to your expectations of your people.
They make sure the allocation of effort and hours is spread across your team. You want everyone pushing hard – not just a few top performers.
They keep and build large internal networks. Build relationships, get to know what others do, ask for help.
Meet with your people – consistency, quality and quantity matters. Don’t let your 1:1s get de-prioritized.
