Normalizing Failure

A CEO recently shared a phrase with me, failure is the tuition to success.

Stepping outside your comfort zone is they key to achieve impossible outcomes.

Honoring your anxious feelings as part of the growing process and checking your ego at the door is key.

If you set goals so big that a certain percentage of time you are “building in failure” you also guarantee critical learning.

When we normalize failure, we take the sting out of it and use it as a lever for success. It’s ok and normal to fail, its how you grab it and push forward.
