We went to Benihana tonight for dinner.
The chef has done the same meal I am sure 1000 times over.
However, he made it fun for us our first time. Even though every time could be the
same, the combination of people in front of him are completely
different.
I’m sure there are chefs that think they are doing it over and over
again, however the innovative ones, the ones who last, have the
ability to find something new and unique every time!
