I was working out with my trainer this morning – kettlebell swings!
On lighter weights, you can muscle through with average form, but once you go heavier you can hurt yourself if not completely in sync.
If you nail this movement it can give you explosive growth and power for all sorts of sports activity. For me, powering up the hill.

Power through the hip movement (follow through)

Patience on catching the momentum on the backswing
Similar in golf, when everything in your game is completely in sync, the force you address the ball with can be a game changer.
