5 Secrets to WeWork’s Customer First Approach to Sales

As I shared in a post before Dreamforce in San Francisco mid-November, I was preparing to interview Nick Worswick, Global Head of Sales of WeWork for a session on multi-generational selling. 
Warren Shiver, Atlanta based author and consultant kicked us off sharing concepts from his great book The Multi-Generational Sales Team in the first half and Nick and I had a great dialogue in the second half.

In this session, we talk about how generations factor into leading sales teams, onboarding, and training, and specifically how WeWork thinks about hiring, coaching and enabling their salespeople.
