I was in a meditation session lately where we did a breathing exercise for just one minute.
- 6 counts breathing in and 6 counts breathing out.
- Even in 1 min, you feel more relaxed, more centered.
- Extrapolate that to 10 min in the morning or 3- 5 min in the afternoon.
What had me thinking about it?
I got an email from my company today “Ending Your Day Right.” They sent a video, with a recorded relaxation session with beach background.
To be present at home, you need to make that transition.
