Leaders are busy and take in a lot of information. A majority of time, people are reading emails on their phones. Once I get past two screens of text, I start wondering how long it’s going to go? Have you had a similar feeling? Leaders move fast. Be brief. One tip: When sending an important email, send it to yourself first and see how it reads on your phone.
